Santo Domingo.- A new land subsidence has occurred on Las Carreras Avenue, Santiago after a heavy truck will pass through that street, causing a sinkhole in one of the lanes.
This landslide occurred last night specifically in the Sánchez section with Cuba, which has made regular traffic in the area impossible.

Currently members of the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) are intervening in the area.
It is recalled that on August 16 the wall of a dry bridge collapsed on the aforementioned road due to the continuous rains.
The Minister of Public Works, Deligne Ascención said at that time that this problem had been occurring in an unexpected way.
Since the first collapse, MOPC brigades have been working to remove the earth and debris produced by the collapse of the wall.
