Community of former Puentesiño will benefit from a new USF

A delegation of authorities, led by the head of this State portfolio, Dr. Julio Borba, visited the community of Sargento José Félix López (former Puentesiño), in the first department of the country, to learn about the most priority needs in terms of health care is concerned, and provide timely solutions that have an impact on the quality of care for the inhabitants of the aforementioned community and surrounding areas.

On the occasion, the Minister announced that the health portfolio plans to build a new Family Health Unit (FHU), this year, 2022, with the aim of dignifying the care that provides answers from a comfortable establishment, both for the staff in white, as for patients who come to the care center.

Dr. Julio Borba also highlighted the conviction of service, dedication and commitment with which the entire health team assists the community, since it is not alien to the reality of the interior of the country, since it also has its roots in areas like this, where it is difficult to get there and the roads are not for all seasons, for which he felt deeply identified and made the promise to continue working to optimize and grow health services for citizens.
