PSUV offered details of the process of electing heads of the UBCh

Next Saturday, September 3, the election process for the heads of the Hugo Chávez Battle Units (UBCh) of the different communities in the country will take place, starting at 12:00 noon and ending at 6:00 p.m. the afternoon, reported the first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello.

During a press conference, held this Wednesday, Cabello indicated that “for Saturday, the day of the election process, we have set the following schedule: it will begin at 12:00 noon and end at 6:00 in the afternoon” .

He explained that “between 12:00 noon and 1:00 in the afternoon, the application or self-application process will be carried out. Then the election as such will be held from 1:00 to 6:00 in the afternoon, five hours of election; so that anyone can go to their voting center without any problem.

He also said that if “at 6 in the afternoon in a center there are people in the queue to vote, we cannot leave them out.”

Fine-tuning details

The first vice president of the PSUV, Diosdado Cabello, stressed that the details for the next election on Saturday are being fine-tuned.

“We are complying with the schedule. We will hold an informative meeting with the promoters, street and community leaders to determine the details within the process”, he added.
