Bucaramanga Metropolitan Police captured a 25-year-old accused of stabbing his sentimental partner with a sharp weapon.

“We learned that there is a minor (17 years old), with a neck injury. Once we arrived at the place, the young woman was transferred to a care center where she is being treated by medical personnel,” said Colonel José Óscar Jaramillo, commander of the Metropolitan Police of Bucaramanga.
