Alcarrizos Mayor’s Office removes garbage from the streets

The Alcarrizos. Workers from the municipality of this municipality, with the support of trucks and mechanical shovels, began the removal of large tons of garbage and other solid waste that are dumped in different neighborhoods.

The garbage collection operation began on Napoleón Bonaparte street, a few hundred meters from the Vinicio Calventi hospital, where residents of the Villa Progreso sector and other locals built an improvised dump.

Likewise, another large amount of garbage was removed from the entrance of De Los Santos street in the La Fe neighborhood, continuing on the main street on the way to the Hato Nuevo sector and other sectors.

Mayor Cristian Encarnacion

Mayor Cristian Encarnación said that the garbage problem is basically due to the fact that most of the municipalities are desperate and do not wait for the collection trucks to arrive in their neighborhoods.

He admitted that the mayor’s office has few collection trucks, but despite everything we are doing everything necessary to provide the service to our citizens.

The mayor said that these operations will focus on the neighborhoods of El Tamarindo, Juana Saltitopa, Chavos, La Fe, Landia, Los Americanos and others.
