The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inameh) foresees possible rains in Zulia, North Coastal Center, Northeast, Guárico, Amazonas, Bolívar and El Esequibo.

In the same way, he published that the Solar declination falls perpendicularly on Zulia, Trujillo, south of Lara, north of Portuguesa, Cojedes, south of Aragua, north of Guárico, north of Anzoátegui, Monagas and north of Delta Amacuro.
It also published that Tropical Wave number 34 west of Cape Verde has a 30% chance of becoming a tropical cyclone. This system does not represent a direct risk for Venezuela. Disturbance in the eastern Caribbean, associated with a low-level trough in the troposphere, has a 20% chance of becoming a tropical cyclone.
