Corpse of aspiring police officer recovered

The body of an 18-year-old boy was rescued this Saturday afternoon in the Guaire riverbed as it passed through Bello Monte, Baruta (Miranda), police sources said.

The victim was registered as Luis Octavio Román Blanco, 18 years old. The body presented bruises on the body.

Román Blanco came from Puerto Ayacucho (Amazonas) to apply for admission to the National Experimental Security University (Unes).

Last Tuesday, Román Blanco went to the Unes headquarters located in Catia. The night of that day, his relatives spoke with the young man who told them that he was disoriented in an area of ​​Caracas.

Relatives are in the process of confirming the body to corroborate full identification.
