Hundreds of people interested in acquiring an apartment, through the Happy Family National Housing Plan, they visited the Altos de la Riviera project, in Santo Domingo Este, where in addition to taking a tour of the facilities, they received guidance on the benefits of the Plan.
LThe attendees also had the opportunity to check if they could pre-qualify to receive bank financing through the National Savings and Loans Association (Alnap) and the Reserve Bank (Banreservas), who through their stands offered personalized attention to each possible beneficiary.

For this project, the Ministry of the Presidency, through Familia Feliz, will have 95 housing solutions, which will be available at the end of September.
Altos de la Riviera is made up of eight phases and work is currently underway on the first, which consists of 144 apartments of 73 square meters, consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a parking lot. The project also has a recreational park of more than 12 thousand meters.
The day, held this Thursday, was attended by dozens of soldiers, single mothers and older adults, who believe that through this Happy Family project they will be able to have the decent home they have always dreamed of.
During the tour of the apartments, the attendees were satisfied with the design of the buildings and expressed their happiness at being invited, after indicating that their dream of acquiring a decent home is getting closer to becoming a reality.
ANDhe Happy Family National Housing Plan is aimed mainly at families with the greatest vulnerabilityd, of restricted income, in a situation of displacement due to natural disasters, public calamities or emergencies.
Also to families that live in areas of high risk that cannot be mitigated, with special conditions such as disabilities, the elderly, single mothers and battered women.
