The Government made official the increase in the minimum wage agreed this week

Work dictated mandatory conciliation in short and medium distance groups

The increase was made official through Resolution 11/2022, which bears the signature of Minister Moroni.

The national government made official the update of the minimum, vital and mobile wage of 21 percent in three tranchesas agreed this week at the meeting of the Salary Council headed by the Minister of Labor, Claudio Moroni.

The increase was made official through the Resolution 11/2022published this Friday in the Official Gazette, with Moroni’s signature.

In the Salary Councilwhich met on Monday, trade unionists and businessmen agreed to update the minimum wage of 21 percent in three tranches of 7 percent for the September-November quarter, with a review clause of the agreement that last month, so that credit will be 51,200 pesos in September, 54,550 in October and 57,900 pesos in November.

According to the resolution, as of September 1, all full-time workers will receive a monthly salary of 51,200 pesos, while “day-paid” workers will also have a proportional increase of $256 pesos per hour.

As of October 1, monthly workers who complete the full legal work day will receive 54,550 pesos and 272.75 pesos per hour for daily workers.

In November, the increase will reach 57,900 pesos for monthly workers who complete the full legal work day, while daily workers will go to 289.50 pesos per hour. In addition, there will be an increase in unemployment benefits, which will be 14,222 pesos and 23,704 pesos, respectively, as of September 1.

Then, the amount will rise to 15,153 and 25,254 pesos from October 1, and the figure will also be increased to 16,083 and 26,805 pesos from November 1.

As of the last agreement, the amount of the minimum, vital and mobile salary had gone from $33,000 to $47,850 for August. The defined increase was 18% in April, 10% in June, 10% in August and 7% in December.
