The man who broke up with a stone the front glass of a vehicle of a woman was captured this Thursday, according to the National Police.
The incident, which was recorded in a video made by the female from her cell phone, took place on John F. Kennedy Avenue, in the National District.
The institution in charge of ensuring order in the country said that the incident is under research.
As can be seen in the audiovisual, which was quickly distributed on social networks, the aggressor, who was traveling on a motorcycle, threatened the lady with breaking the windows of the car with a piece of wood.
Immediately afterwards, as seen in the graphic material, the man, about whom the authorities did not offer his identity so far, took a stone and finally threw it against the front of the car in which the woman was traveling along with other companions.
So far it is not known how the event originated and what moved the man to undertake against the lady.
Earlier, Diego Pesqueira, a police spokesman, asked the public through social networks to put him in contact with the women who were in the vehicle at the time of the incident.
