The Ministry of Urbanism, Housing and Habitat, enabled the call for the registration of applicants for individual subsidies. It is aimed at families with members who have disabilities or chronic illnesses or are in a vulnerable situation.
The folders will be received from Monday 08/29/2022 from 07:00 to 15:00 at the MUVH Headquarters, or at its Regional Agencies. The deadline for applications is Friday 09/23/2022.
This call has two modalities for the acquisition of homes; on the one hand, the construction on its own lot and on the other, the purchase. Subsidy percentages are defined according to income levels ranging from 15% to 95% of the total cost.
All procedures are free and must be carried out personally or through a direct family member. Those interested can enter the MUVH website where the registration form is.
