The Minister of Economy and Finance, Kurt Burneosaid this Thursday that his office is evaluating the regulations that prohibit companies from outsourcing work in core business activities and the changes to the regulations on collective labor relations.
He specified that the MEF has not yet presented a position, but that in the coming days there will be conclusions in this regard.
“As a ministry we are evaluating the issue of outsourcing and collective bargaining, which is another aspect raised by the business sector as an obstacle. This is under evaluation and there will be results”, indicated the head of the MEF during the presentation of the Multiannual Macroeconomic Framework (MMM) 2023-2026.
In that sense, Burneo mentioned that for this topic things should be put into perspective. “If the reactivation plan works, the growth rates of economic activity will also work, and that means a greater opportunity for production and sales. The markets are going to grow and that will allow me to sell more, have more income“, said.
He added that some companies in Peru are not making correct use of current legislation, which is why he pointed out that there are situations that should be reversed.
