Congressman from Free Peru Guido Bellido he referred to the constitutional complaint who recently presented his bench against the head of the Public ministry, Patricia Benavidez. In this regard, the parliamentarian assured that this responds to a request from the “population” without any foundation.
“Congress is a jurisdiction that does not depend on a person (…). Congress is going to see it and there is no need to be afraid, it is normal, it is part of the process of this type of procedure that is required and, obviously, it is a request from the population”, indicated in an interview for Successful.
Also, he said that Patricia Benavides-Vargas does not have “immunity” no matter how much the President of the Republic is being investigated, peter castle.

Constitutional complaint against Patricia Benavides
