The Metropolitan Public Cleaning Company (EPMASEO) announced that it will carry out its work normally during this Christmas weekend in Quito. According to the company, the activities of home garbage collection and cleaning and sweeping of public spaces will be carried out in accordance with the schedules and in the usual places.
For this, the entity has arranged the work of 1,200 workers, together with vehicles and equipment for the execution of these tasks. The municipal authorities urged citizens to comply with the working hours garbage collection in order to avoid the accumulation of waste in the streets of the city.
Additionally, for the festivities of Christmas the frequencies of harvest and sweeping around shopping centers and places with the greatest influx of citizens.
