Sedes Santa Cruz says that this is the week with the most infections of "the entire pandemic"

The manager of Epidemiology of the Departmental Health Service (Headquarters) Santa Cruz, Carlos Hurtado, said that this week was the week with the highest number of infections registered throughout the pandemic. He added that the case positivity rate is 19%.

“We have had another more intense week (of infections), with the highest number of cases of the entire pandemic,” said Hurtado.

Therefore, the authority asked the population to maintain biosecurity measures and go to the vaccination points to receive the dose. Also spend the end of the year parties at home.

The epidemiological report of the Headquarters details that yesterday in the Santa Cruz department 1,241 infections and seven deaths were recorded, of which five were not inoculated.
