After more than two hours of hearing, Wilmer Ramiro Nina Rojas was sent for 180 days to the Palmasola prison, by order of a criminal investigation judge. He was charged with the crimes of homicide, serious injuries in a traffic accident and failure to provide assistance.
The commission of prosecutors made up of Delmy Guzmán and Juan Carlos Crispín presented before the jurisdictional authority several elements against the apprehended, among them the declaration of Claudia Shirley Velásquez Becerra, which indicates that Nina ran over the 13-year-old minor in Montero and then asked him to change seats.
