Venezuela asks for a red circular for directors of Monómeros

The Venezuelan Prosecutor’s Office assured that it keeps active more than 20 arrest warrants with red alert interpol against the people who make up the board of directors of monomers who was appointed by Juan Guaido.

According to the Venezuelan attorney general, Tarek William Saabthe 23 arrest warrants are still active to identify other people related to a “transnational criminal network” in which they ensure that the directives appointed by Guaidó broke the company.

Among the crimes for which he is charged the outgoing board of directors of Monomeros are usurpation of functions, laundering and criminal association.
