If your decision is to file the tax return on the Dian page, take into account the following steps to activate the electronic signature that will be required to complete the online form.
Step by step to activate the digital signature
1. Enter the page of the dian
2. If you are registered, you must enter ‘registered user’ and enter your data. If it is not, you must create a ‘new user’.
3. Click ‘generate electronic signature’.
4. Complete the personal data (name, identity document, email) in the box, and press ‘continue’.

5. Enter the personal mail where you will receive a dynamic password.
6. Copy the code you received on Dian’s page.
7. choose a password, that meets the security criteria, so as not to have to do the previous process again, once you re-enter the platform.

9. Press ‘generate signature’, and the system should indicate that your signature was generated successfully.
