More than R$ 12.8 million were raised in the month of July this year alone, with the 32 auctions carried out by the National Secretariat for Policies on Drugs and Asset Management (Senad), of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security. On the list, 709 assets, ranging from real estate and cars to smaller goods, such as cell phones and jewelry, were intended for sale at half their appraised value in 13 states and the Federal District.

And also with the allocation of equipment to the bodies that are part of the Single Public Security System, such as military and civil police and military fire corps,” the ministry said.
