The Plurinational Legislative Assembly enters the end of the year recess from December 24, 2021 to January 7, 2022 and will resume its activities on Monday 10.
The plenary session formed the special commission of senators and deputies who will continue in legislative activities during that period.
“The different benches sent the payroll of the assembly members who will make up the Assembly commission that will function during the end of the year recess,” informed the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Freddy Mamani.
The elected members of the Assembly Commission are nine titular senators and nine substitutes, in addition to 18 titular deputies and 18 substitutes.

The titular senators who are members of the Commission are: María Roxana Nacif; Ana María Castillo; María Patricia Arce Guzmán; Miguel Ángel Rejas; Soledad Flores; Rodrigo Paz; Daly Cristina Santa María; Cecilia Moyoviri and Julio Diego Romaña.
The alternate senators are: Misdrael Mamani, Santos Ramos Socpaza, Hermo Pérez, Natividad Aramayo Paredes, William Torrez Tordoya, Elizabet Zoya Zamora, Pedro Lagrava Burgoa, Fernando Alfonso Vaca Suarez, Dulce María Araujo Domínguez.
In the case of the Lower House, the commission will be made up of: Freddy Mamani, Basilia Rojas Mamani, Alina Canaviri Sullcani, Santos Mamani Espinoza, Felicia Alejo Hidalgo, Jorge Yujra Zárate, Lily Bernabé Colque, Pedro Francisco Coro, Alexandra Zenteno, Sara Crespo, Roy Suárez Medina, Mariel Carola Peñaloza, Óscar Balderas Montaño, Janira Román, Mayra Zalles, Ingvar Ellefsen, Sergio Maniguary, Alba Moira Osinaga.

Rule
Paragraph III of article 153 and article 154 of the Political Constitution of the State, in addition to article 56 of the General Regulations of the Chamber of Deputies and Senators, stipulate the legislative recess and the formation of the Assembly Commission for legislative work during the 10 business days that includes the break.
