Despite cases New Business and Odebrecht Ricardo Martinelli will run in the 2024 elections, say his lawyers

According to Sittón, Martinelli’s legal team is prepared to face all the processes that are “invented” full of irregularities and illegalities in the cases of New Business and Odebrecht.

The lawyer assured that they will exhaust each of the resources that he has to file so that the rights of the former president are respected, who in his opinion enjoys “all citizen rights” and reiterated that Martinelli will run for the presidency in the 2024 elections.

“We are going to overwhelm all the prosecutors that we have to face… And we know that they are not people who respect the Law, they use all the instruments that are far from legality, but we know how to face that and much more,” he said, assuring that Martinelli did not has lost the principle of speciality.

“We are not afraid of any of these trials, but we are going to exercise all of Martinelli’s rights,” he said, assuring that some media are looking for more than a trial, a media lynching.
