He, supposedly, is responsible for organizing with other people to favor them and obtain contracts from the Municipality (alleged illicit association). In chats found on your cell phone there are alleged conversations he had with businessmen and municipal officials when his father became Mayor. There they talk about supposed businesses.
During the investigation process, it was learned that Yunda left the country. At the beginning it was indicated that he was in Bolivia, but on December 7, 2021 it was known that he had been arrested in Argentina as part of Interpol’s response to a broadcast alert against him. A judge granted him alternative measures to prison and withdrew his passport. The Argentine Justice asked Ecuador to carry out the process for his extradition. (DPV)
