Santiago. President Luis Abinader will exhaust a broad agenda of work in towns of Cibao that starts at the monument to the Cry of Restoration in Capotillo and continues for two days in Santiago, where he will make a speech, supervise and inaugurate several works.
Abinader plans in Capotillo, the commemorative events for the 159th anniversary of the Restoration together with the Permanent Commission of National Ephemeris, the Ministries of Defense, Education and the Provincial Government of Dajabón, as well as the Mayor’s Office of Capotillo.
Capotillo’s program of activities will begin at 8:00 in the morning, with the interpretation of the National Anthem, where military honors and a 15-gun salute will be rendered, followed by floral offerings from different institutions.
The acts include a review of the Restoration Gesta by the historian colonel, Sócrates Suazo Ruiz, director of history of the Ministry of Defense, while at 11:00 in the morning, President Abinader leads the patriotic celebration.

While in Santiago, workers advance in assembling the stage from where Abinader will address the country at 7:00 at night, from the Monument to the Heroes of the Restoration to highlight his two years of management.
President Abinader plans for Wednesday the 17th in Santiago, the inauguration of section 4 of the Circunvalación del Norte avenue, which will connect Cienfuegos with the Circunvalación Sur.
In that same sector, it will supervise the paving works that are being carried out in the La Gloria Abajo sector.
Then he continues with the supervision of the works of the Monorail, from where he will go to the inauguration of a new branch of the Banco de Reservas.
Later, he plans to have lunch with 350 formal and informal workers who belong to various popular sectors of the region.
