A goal from Harry Kane at 90+6 allowed Tottenham to draw 2-2 on their visit to Chelseathis Sunday in a stellar derby on matchday 2 of the Premier League, also marked by tension between the two coaches.

Thomas Tuchel (Chelsea) and Antonio Conte (Tottenham) got into an altercation at the end of the match. In front of the television cameras, they gave a tense handshake, before yelling at each other, head to head, and were sent off by referee Anthony Taylor after the final whistle.

Already in Tottenham’s first goal, the two technicians had had a dispute when Conte had come to celebrate in front of the ‘Blues’ bench, in a tone considered by the locals as defiant, which led to an angry reaction from Tuchel. Both saw a yellow card at the time.

Since then, they both looked at each other. and the tension never disappeared.

Senegalese Kalidou Koulibaly opened the scoring for Chelsea in the 19th minute and the Danish Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg (68) provisionally equalized.

Chelsea took the lead again in the 77th, thanks to Reece James, what seemed to leave the three points at Stamford Bridge, but the ‘Spurs’ achieved the tie at the last breath.

In a corner kick, Kane (90 + 5) headed the final 2-2in a match marked by images of tension between Tuchel and Conte, who were separated to avoid even worse scenes.

In the standings, both Chelsea and Tottenham have 4 points, to two of the only two teams that won in the first two days, Manchester City and Arsenal.

City beat Bournemouth 4-0 on Saturday and Arsenal beat Leicester 4-2 on the same day.

– Nottingham Forest’s first win –

In the other game on Sunday, Nottingham Forest beat West Ham 1-0thus achieving their first victory in the English top division since 1999.

The historic Forest returns to the Premier League this season after 23 years of absence.

The goal came in the extra time of the first half, after a shot from Jesse Lingard touched a defender and the ball reached Taiwo Awoniyi, who pushed it in with his knee (45+1).

Signed for the new season, from Union Berlin, Awoniyi became a goalscorer from his first competitive match at the City Ground.

Far from wrinkling and closing behind, the Forest players knew how to keep the advantage and they did not stop threatening the rival goal until the end of the match.

After a logical defeat against Manchester City (0-2) on the first datethis new setback is a step backwards for the ‘Hammers’, who were not lucky, with two shots at the post after which the ball bounced over the line, as well as a penalty missed by Declan Rice (65) and a ball saved on the line by the new Forest side Neco Williams (83).

On Monday the second day is completed with the duel at Anfield between Liverpool and Crystal Palace.
