By order of the Presidency of the Congressthe election of members of the Board of Directors and installation of the ordinary commissions for the annual period of sessions 2022-2023 was rescheduled for Wednesday 17, Thursday 18 and Friday 19 August.
On Wednesday 17, at 09:00 am, the first of them will be installed: the Constitution Commission, which will meet in the Raúl Porras Barrenechea hemicycle. An hour later, the Supervision and Comptroller will do the same.
At 11 in the morning, in the Grau room of the Legislative Palace, the Labor and Social Security Commission will be installed. At noon, in the Carlos Torres and Torres Lara room of the Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre building, the Women and Family will be installed.
The day culminates with the installation of the Culture and Cultural Heritage Commission at 1:00 p.m., in the Raúl Porras Barrenechea room of the Legislative Palace.
Thursday 18
On Thursday 18, at 9 in the morning, the Budget and General Account Commission of the Republic will be installed in the Raúl Porras Barrenechea room. At 10:00 am, the Economy Commission will meet in the Grau room.
An hour later, in the Carlos Torres and Torres Lara room, the Housing and Construction Commission will be installed. At noon, the National Defense Commission will be installed in the Raúl Porras Barrenechea room of the Legislative Palace.
At 1 in the afternoon, the Energy and Mines Commission will be installed in the Carlos Torres and Torres Lara room, while the Production, Micro and Small Enterprises and Cooperatives will do the same an hour later in the same place.
At 3:00 p.m., the Education Commission will be installed in the Grau room. An hour later, it will be the Andean Villages. The last to be installed that day will be the Commission for Social Inclusion and People with Disabilities, at 5:00 p.m., in the Carlos Torres and Torres Lara room.

Nine working groups will be installed. At 09:00 am, the Transport and Communications Commission will do so in the Grau room. An hour later, the Justice and Human Rights Commission will do the same in the Raúl Porras Barrenechea room.
At 11 in the morning, the Consumer Defense Commission will be installed in the Carlos Torres and Torres Lara room. At noon, the Agrarian Commission will do so in the Grau room.
At 1 in the afternoon, the Health and Population Commission will be installed in the Raúl Porras Barrenechea room. An hour later, in the Carlos Torres and Torres Lara room, it will be the turn of the Science, Innovation and Technology Committee.
At three in the afternoon, the Committee on Foreign Trade and Tourism will meet in the Grau room. At 4:00 p.m., in the Raúl Porras Barrenechea room, the Decentralization room will do the same, and finally, at 5:00 p.m., the Foreign Relations room will be installed in the Carlos Torres and Torres Lara room of the Víctor Raúl Haya building at the Tower.
