The judge of the Office of Permanent Attention of the National District postponed until next Thursday at 9:00 in the morning the measure of coercion against the 15 defendants in the international criminal network that allegedly sexually exploited Venezuelan and Colombian women.
The court ordered the measure to give the lawyers of the accused the opportunity to prepare the means of defense taking into account the evidence presented by the Public ministry.
The Public Ministry called the case Operation Cattleya, carrying out dozens of raids in the National District and Bávaro as a result of an extensive investigation.
The defendants are José Miguel Michel Guridis (Michel), Daaniel Enrique Inirio Abreu, José Alberto Soriano Rosario, Oscar Wicene, Melvin José Valentín Peguero, Cristina Virginia González Hernández, Marín Paula Morillo Vargas, Louis Marie Nephtalic, Oliver Arnaud Lewinski, (Timothy William Cace Renee), Robert Lee Eleuterio Paniagua Díaz, Angélica Jhoana Quintero Nino, Marie Fokina Achille (Flower), Alejandro Arturo Batista Bustamante (El Gato), Ramón Altagracia Oviedo Castillo.
