This Monday, December 20, INE workers carried out a partial stoppage of activities from 10 to 12 hours because during the meeting at the National Labor Directorate (DINATRA), the board of the National Institute of Statistics (INE) refused to reach an agreement on union licenses.
The union denounced that the seriousness of this fact once again exposed the anti-union attitude of the Directorate of the INE.
Complaints
They also denounced the situations in which workers are being subjected, such as: “competitions for the few and changes in working conditions and income.”
The union had already made “complaints of sexual harassment at work that are not dealt with properly, ignorance of the union organization and zero real negotiation will.”
