The leadership of the Potosinista Civic Committee (Comcipo) reported on Tuesday that a hearing was ordered to reduce the preventive detention of former civic leader Marco Pumari from six to four months, in addition to his transfer to the Cantumarca prison, in the city of Potosí.

“We believe that it is an achievement that Marco (Pumari) has to be here in the Cantumarca prison. We will continue to exert pressure, we have excellent professionals (…). And it has been reduced from six months to four months (his preventive detention) ”, said this morning the leader of Comcipo, Roxana Graz.

The former civic leader and former Vice Presidential candidate for Creemos is expected to arrive at Villa Imperial in 72 hours, according to El Potosí.

Likewise, Graz added that the release action will be requested in favor of the leaders Juan Carlos Manuel and Ramiro Subia.

“Today we are going to present the action for freedom in favor of Juan Carlos Manuel and Ramiro Subia, because we believe that justice has to comply and has to do the right thing,” said the civic leader.

Pumari was arrested on the night of December 9, after the police raids on Comcipo’s offices.
