The Minister for Defense, G/J Vladimir Padrino López, urged this Wednesday the officers of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and the new deputy ministers and commanders of the Strategic Operational Command (CEOFANB) of the Andes and Los Llanos, to reinforce leadership to strengthen the morale of the institution.
“I ask all the leaders and men of the FANB at all levels, to add to the strength and morale of the institution, to the revolutionary conscience of the FANB, and I ask to add more discipline, cohesion and preparation,” said Padrino López. during an act of delivery and reception in the state of Lara.
For his part, through his social networks, he stressed that he feels «an immense gratitude for those who have completed functions in the FANB. Infinite thanks! for his invaluable contribution to our country. My congratulations also to those who join in fulfilling new tasks and responsibilities».
In the act, Minister Padrino appointed to the position as Vice Minister of Services of the Ministry for Defense, Major General, Danny Ferrer Sandrea; for the Vice Ministry of Planning, Admiral Noris Amparo Negrón Rangel; and Admiral Carlos Antonio Vargas Escalona assumes in the General Inspectorate of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), AVN reported.
