In the course of the morning, the DNCP published that the Comprehensive Waste Management Consortium was awarded for a total value of G. 24,000,000,000, and managed to win the tender for the Comprehensive Management of Urban Solid Waste and Its Liquid Derivatives Received in the Landfill. Sanitary Cateura with the ID 415.128. For this tender, offers began to be received on Wednesday, July 20, 2022.

Municipality of Asunción was the institution in charge of carrying out the Call for Tenders No. 415,128 under the category of Cleaning Services, Maintenance and Minor and Major Repairs of Installations, Machinery and Vehiclesby the type of Contracting by Exception procedure.

The aforementioned institution awarded 4 items.

  • Reception of Waste from the Municipal Collection Units at the Transfer Plant located on the Cateura property by G. 36,508.
  • Loading of Waste Resulting from Segregation to the Conveying Units for G. 20,300.
  • Transfer of Waste Resulting from Segregation to the Final Disposal Site by G. 55.442.
  • Treatment and Final Disposal of Waste Resulting from Segregation by G. 97,750.

The aforementioned firm has as legal representatives José Fernandez Vega Benitez, Fernando Augusto Otazú Mussio and Carlos Jorge Duarte.

The Comprehensive Waste Management Consortium was the only company that took part in the call.
