The Infraestrutura MG consortium, formed by the companies Equipav and Perfin, purchased the Triângulo Mineiro road lot in an auction held in São Paulo today (8th). He was the only bidder to participate in the auction and made an offer for the basic toll rate of R$ 11.48, one cent below the maximum allowed by the public notice (R$ 11.49).
The auction was scheduled to be held on the São Paulo stock exchange, B3, but a lawsuit by the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) prevented the event from taking place there. The State Secretariat for Infrastructure and Mobility of the state of Minas Gerais chose to hold the auction in a building owned by the secretariat, close to B3, in downtown São Paulo.
The winning group will be responsible for the concession of 627.4 km of highways between the Minas Gerais cities of Uberlândia, Uberaba, Patrocínio and Araxá.

The project, for exploration, conservation, maintenance, improvements and expansion of the infrastructure, covers stretches of highways BR-452 (96 km), BR-365 (130.1 km), CMG-452 (65.5 km), CMG- 462 (93.2 km), LMG-782 (16.4 km), LMG-798 (42.5 km), LMG-812 (7.2 km), MG-190 (71.9) and MG-427 (104.6 km).
According to the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES), which participated in the structuring of the privatization project, investments of R$ 3.2 billion are planned, of which R$ 1.4 billion in the first eight years of the concession.
The winning consortium will be responsible for duplicating 36.1 kilometers of highway and implementing 55 kilometers of additional lanes, in addition to 353 kilometers of shoulder, 52 intersections and roundabouts, three pedestrian crossings and 13 kilometers of paving, among other improvements. .
