The trial around the Berilo case begins to face questions from the defense of those involved.
Lawyer Chen Kuo, representative of Nelson Barrios, one of the defendants in the Berilo case (drug trafficking, linked to the Cucho Cabaña file) requested the suspension of the hearing set for tomorrow by prosecutor Alicia Pedrozo.
The request would not have gone through one more than usual that lawyers usually raise, if it were not because in this case the argument, as indicated in the competent court, “has no head or tail.”
Indeed, in one of the recitals for which the hearing is requested to be postponed, it is highlighted that with it the danger involved in the issue of the anti-covid vaccine would be omitted.
The allusion to covid as a problem, they maintain in court, has no relation to the setting of the hearing, for which the request is dismissed.
