The National Children’s Choir will be presented this Monday 8, at 7:30 p.m., in the Basilica of Our Lady of Socorro and on Thursday at 8:00 p.m. Our Lord of Victories Parishboth located in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Recoleta, within the framework of the 55th anniversary of the organization’s creation.
These free concerts will have a repertoire enriched with works by Giovanni Gastoldi, Thomas Morley Y Gioacchino Rossini, among other composers; both will be conducted by María Isabel Sanz, performed by her pianist Natalia Suriano and accompanied by Julia Tarrat on traverse flute.
Created on November 14, 1967, the National Children’s Choir is a musical organization that belongs to the Ministry of Culture of the Nation and its objective is the artistic expression of the choral repertoire in all areas of the country, while promoting the formation professional of the small singers that intervene.
