General Óscar Moreno, commander of the Metropolitan Police of Cúcuta, pointed out that “this violent action was recorded on the court in the Alfonso López neighborhood. According to the evidence collected and the testimonies of witnesses, the person in charge would be alias ‘Taja’ for whom up to 15 million pesos are offered for information on his whereabouts”.

Among the injured is a young man, two minors and an adult woman, who were transferred to a care center in Cúcuta.
“We have executed the padlock plan with the aim of finding the capture of the person responsible for this violent action and we expect the timely collaboration of citizens,” added General Moreno.
