Peña stressed that the strategy of the Citizen Security Plan in the National District is based on the involvement of the community, on the surveillance and protection of its neighborhoods, in permanent coordination with the police and justice authorities, who are called to serve citizens with respect and seeking to guarantee the rights of all.
He emphasized that President Luis Abinader has assumed a moral and ethical commitment to all Dominicans of work to promote the generation of a strong and well-rooted citizen conscience that elevates us towards the space of decency, transparency, respect for coexistence and good neighborliness.
