The former Minister of Production, Kurt Burneomet with the President Pedro Castillo this Friday, August 5, within hours of the president swearing in his new ministerial cabinet. According to the Transparency portal, the former official entered the Government Palace at 7:46 a.m. and remained until 8:50 a.m.
This rapprochement between Burneo and the president would not be the first time, since on June 25, the economist revealed that the Government of peter castle came up twice in order to offer to join the Council of Ministers.
“There were two attempts for me to join as Minister of State. Unfortunately, things had not changed much regarding the way the State was being managed, I decided to step aside and not accept the invitation,” Burneo said in dialogue with Canal N.

Within hours of the swearing-in, some names are being discussed from the Executive Power to lead the new Council of Ministers. Although so far it has not been confirmed who will be the person assigned, there are ministers, congressmen and political actors who show a close relationship with the head of state.
