«Today I want to do it vividly from my lips and in person, that on July 7, 2016 I personally went to a meeting with the engineer Orlando Castillo, may he rest in peace, who at that time was the director of Telcor with all the folios of our radios to ask that they put us in the Law according to the effective orders of Telcor; and we never received an answer as is the custom of the government in some and many other cases. In such a way, that if the director of Telcor wants to receive me, I will take all the documents that I presented to them with the receipt and signature of that same day from Telcor, “said the priest.
