The daily covid-19 report released by the administration of Nicolás Maduro indicates a total of 534,906 confirmed cases since the pandemic began in the country in February 2020
In the last 24 hours, 455 cases of covid were registered, 449 cases due to community transmission and six cases from abroad. The information was published by the Vice President of Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, through the social network Twitter.

Ñáñez reported that the entities with the most cases are: Caracas (204), Miranda (90), Zulia (50), Cojedes (18), Portuguesa (16) and Yaracuy (15). In this sense, he indicated that Caracas has cases in 20 of its 22 parishes, with El Valle (31), Santa Rosalía (30), Sucre (24) and Caricuao (14) being the parishes with the most infections.

He indicated that the cases from abroad come from two from Panama, three from Turkey and one from Spain, all with entry through the state of Vargas.

The daily covid-19 report released by the Nicolás Maduro administration indicates a total of 534,906 confirmed cases since the pandemic began in the country in February 2020. Of which 4,734 are active and 524,411 people have recovered, which which represents 98% of infections.
To date, Venezuela registers 2,961 asymptomatic patients; 1,445 with mild acute respiratory failure, 240 with moderate acute respiratory failure and 88 in the Intensive Care Unit.
Venezuela reported the death of two 82-year-old men in Caracas, reaching 5,708 people who died throughout the country from causes related to the disease.
