In the letter, the board of directors indicates that the staff calls on the university authorities to join in the legal demands that have been initiated by different study houses in the country against the resolutions imposed by the National Executive through the instructive of the National Budget Office (Onapre).
In this sense, they point out that it is necessary for the university to exercise its full function as employer of the teaching staff, as well as to remember that the Association of Professors of the study house did not participate in the review for a call for face-to-face or distance classes.
The letter also makes it clear that the teachers who are currently working in the study house do so by their own decision, “as heroes who support the institution in its darkest moment.”
For her part, the Minister of Higher University Education, Tibisay Lucena, had indicated during a National Council of Universities that by Friday, July 29, information related to the payment of the vacation bonus would be presented.
Maduro and his midgets have once again mocked Venezuelan workers. Violating collective bargaining, educators in the public sector have been paid vacation and recreational bonuses based on the salary of Dec-2021. They took away 90% of that benefit. ?? pic.twitter.com/jxsBYqEEsr

In this sense, Pablo Martínez, a professor at the University of Zulia, denounced that Lucena did not attend the scheduled meeting.
The meeting did not take place as scheduled. Neither the MPPEU minister nor the finance minister attended. It was a meeting of the labor minister with FTUV. One more mockery and cum wrinkled.

“The government invests more in flags, pieces of paper, in an Indian who seems more like a figure that is pitiful (…) that is why more than ever the fight is in the street,” he emphasized.
For weeks, public workers and various unions have taken to the streets to protest against the salarization of bonuses and other restrictions that the instructive Onapre makes to their salaries.
When a minister says that she forgot the issue of vacation bonus payment, it is the clearest and most obvious demonstration that THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT EDUCATION AND ITS WORKERS…#RespectLaborRights pic.twitter.com/sZhnLC3epG
