MIAMI, United States.- The Mexican senator for Guanajuato Alejandra “La Wera” Reynoso demanded that the government of Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) stop financing the Cuban regime through its doctors, the newspaper El Sol de León reported this Friday. .
Reynoso assured that the arrival of 500 Cuban doctors to Aztec territory to work in rural areas is just a pretext of the federal government of the Fourth Transformation to finance the Havana regime.
“What we have been denouncing for two years is this method of financing the Cuban regime, using the pretext of health, and I say this using the pretext because it is finally proven that it is not only in Mexico, but in many countries, knows how the Cuban government uses doctors, the doctors, the entire health sector, to finance itself,” said the legislator.
During her speech, Reynoso denounced that the Cuban government charges Mexico an amount that is much higher than what its doctors actually receive, “they send the brigades and I am sure that in this case it will not be the exception.”
The senator also criticized the AMLO government for attempting to finance the regime without transparency for Mexicans. “They are not going to be transparent, although the president still said that they would earn the same as Mexican doctors, that is a falsehood,” she added.
“In addition, they are going to hide the information as they already did in Veracruz because they declared the information on the hiring of Cuban doctors confidential, for up to five years because it is a matter of national security,” he said.
“It is exactly the same pretext to hide the information, they are going to do it with this same contract and, by the way, it is established in the law that former doctors who have been trained abroad must have a certification in our country. , then our president cannot be making fun of the laws, because he has already become a hobby, it does not matter to him if there is a constitution, if there are laws, it is simply his word and he wants to impose it using other mechanisms such as national security issues ”, denounced the legislator.
Alejandra “La Wera” Reynoso explained that legislators cannot stop the arrival of Cuban doctors and that they can only follow up on their work and make exhortations in the Senate.
“The information we have is that they were already trained in the state of Nayarit, they are using what they could not do with the Insabi, they have sought pretexts, arguments from the beginning of the administration to finance Cuba through these brigades,” continuous.
“At first they could not do it because, I insist, the law does not allow it, then they put the pandemic as an excuse and then the popular insurance disappears to control from the Federation from Insabi, practically the hiring and the resources,” he said.
The Mexican senator also criticized that the federal government goes over the resources, over the pesos, and does not go over the solution of the problems, “so they cannot with the Insabi and create and pass or transfer the responsibility to IMSS-Well-being and now that is the argument that there are no doctors”.
