congressman Americo Gonza (Perú Libre) assured that in the coming days there will be changes in the Ministerial Cabinet who presides Hannibal Torres and that President Pedro Castillo had already announced it.
In dialogue with Canal N, the legislator assured that Torres Vásquez himself has requested his change to Castillo Terrones because he considers that he has already “completed its cycle” in the Council of Ministers.
The parliamentarian did not give further details about the changes within the Ministerial Cabinet and said he did not know who will leave their positions in the coming days.

“The president has announced that there will be a cabinet change. I understand that he will do it in the next few days. It is an exclusive faculty of the president, I do not know exclusively (who would leave) “he expressed.
“I know that Mr. Aníbal Torres is already asking for (his change), he believes that he has completed his cycle and that he must give space to another person. We thank you for the services provided”Gonza added.
It should be noted that Aníbal Torres is the fourth head of the Ministerial Cabinet as far as the Government of peter castlewhich served a year amid accusations of corruption and tax investigations.
The last cabinet had to be formed after the resignation of the former prime minister Hector Valerwho lasted only a few days in office and who had also been appointed urgently after the resignation of his predecessor, Mirtha Vasquez.
The first president of the Council of Ministers in the administration of Castillo Terrones, Guido Bellido, submitted his resignation at the request of the president. He had lasted 69 days in office, which he was sworn in on July 29, 2021 in Ayacucho.
