After more than 50 days at the negotiating table, the Union of Workers of the Brewing Industry of Panama (STICP) and Cervecería Nacional have signed the 2022-2025 Collective Agreement. This nullifies the strike call and guarantees the continuity of all our operations nationwide.
The Company and the Union have reached a satisfactory agreement for both parties in the 74 clauses of the Collective Bargaining Agreement that began to be negotiated on May 19. With this new Collective Convention our collaborators will have an increase of 19.45% in a period of 4 years and an increase in bonuses among other benefits.
