This Friday, July 29, the closure of the stations Luna 95.5 FM and Impacto 91.7 FM was announced. The complaint was made by the National Union of Press Workers (SNTP).
According to the Union, with the measure carried out against the two radio stations in Cojedes, at least 20 direct and indirect workers remain in the air. According to officials, the arguments for the closure are based on the illegal exploitation of the radio spectrum.

The other four stations closed by Conatel in the entity are Moda 105.1 FM, NEX 100.1 FM, HITS 92.5 FM and Candela 92.9 FM.
In the first seven months of 2022, Conatel has closed 12 radio stations. The agency’s measures, in addition to the stations mentioned, have fallen on Éxitos 90.5 FM and Calle 98.5 FM, in Guárico state, Activa 89.3 FM, in Anzoátegui; Topacio 101.5 FM, in Barinas; Triunfo 99.3 FM in Portuguesa and Mix 98.3 FM, in Yaracuy state.
