These certificates were processed by the drivers between June and July, but for the lack of material delivery was not met opportune, which caused discomfort among the citizens.

Through a press release, they reported that in order to reduce this reservoir, Extended customer service hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, because the staff that prints the certificates works until 8:00 p.m.
It should be remembered that the delay began in March, so the drivers waited about 3 months to obtain a driver’s license, when this document was delivered in less than a week, after completing the exams.
