President Gabriel Boric warns the Aragua Train: “We are going to persecute them and expel them if necessary”

The President of the Republic, Gabriel Boric, supported the actions of Carabineros and the Investigative Police (PDI), after the latest acts of violence recorded in the country, especially before the arrival of the dangerous Venezuelan criminal group “Tren de Aragua”.

“We received a country where crime was on the rise in an uncontrolled manner, today it is our responsibility. The phrase ‘this is the fault of the previous government’ does not come to us,” he said.

Along these lines, he assured that various organized crime groups are behind these crimes, but that the Government is implementing measures to combat them, including the so-called Tren de Aragua.

“These people are not welcome in Chile, we are going to persecute them, we are going to imprison them, and those who are necessary, we are going to expel them,” he added.

“We are not going to tolerate importing crime,” he closed.
