The line is a project promoted by the women’s secretariat and provides support to men 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The support telephone number is 800-900-4321 and any Mexiquense who needs support, feels overwhelmed, stressed or just needs to be heard can contact them. The goal is to prevent gender-based violence and promote healthy masculinities.

The Edomex government also provides care to people who engage in gender-based violence in the Centers for the Development of Positive Masculinities (CeDeMas+), in the areas of psychology, legal and social work, “with the aim of providing the person with the necessary tools that allow them to identify and stop their practices of violence, through the development of psycho-emotional skills, the exercise of assertive communication, the generation of new ideas and thoughts with a gender perspective”.
