Domingo Jiménez, prominent politician and senior leader of the People’s Force Party, passed away this afternoon.
The information was released by his son, the communicator Ernesto Jiménez through his Twitter account.
«Today, my father, Dr. @domingojimenez, has gone into the arms of the Lord, our God. I thank God for the father he gave me and, as a son, I am so full of love and gratitude towards my father that words are not enough to express what I feel », tweeted Ernesto.
Jiménez, was with his loved ones outside the country receiving cancer treatment
He underwent radiation and chemotherapy treatment to combat the tumor.
