The Central of Workers of the Autonomous Argentina (CTAA) called for a national assembly day to ask for him “universal salary and emergency increase for retirees”among other claims.
The central assembly takes place from 10 o’clock in the Obelisk, at the intersection of 9 de Julio and Corrientes avenues, in downtown Buenos Aires.
“In the context of the political crisis and the strong offensive by price makers and financial speculators, with the consequent rise in inflation and deterioration in the income of workers, the CTAA returns to the streets to demand urgent measures that meet the needs of the people“, expressed from the organization through a statement.
As a continuation of the day of struggle they carried out on July 20, this Thursday they will hold assemblies to discuss future actions together with various organizations such as the Movement of Excluded Workers (MTE), the Darío Santillán Front and La Poderosa, among others.
“There is an urgent salary increase for public and private workers, an emergency increase for retirees, a Christmas bonus for beneficiaries of the complementary social salary and the implementation of the universal salary,” they said.
