“Precautionary measures are issued in favor of the plaintiff and the deputies of the PRI in the federal Congress, in the terms specified in this agreement”, refers to the project of the magistrate Felipe de la Mata Pizaña who will discuss and, where appropriate, modify or vote the plenary session of the Superior Chamber in a forthcoming session.
This, after the complaint filed by the deputy Paloma Sánchez Ramos against the governor of Morena for her statements in chapter 32 of the program “Tuesday of the Jaguar”, on July 5, where she said:

In addition, he expressed: “they cannot be intimate with this man because he has no scruples, so it is nothing more than a warning. We have been very careful that these photos do not come to light, but I think that you do have to be very careful.
However, for the magistrate there is no place to order the elimination of the content of the journalistic publications indicated in the lawsuit, because from a preliminary analysis, it is noted that since it is a news about events that occurred in the aforementioned program, they are covered by a protective legal mantle of the journalist, which need a reinforced verification.
