According to the newspaper El Comercio, according to the victim, the incident occurred in one of the Congress offices located in Jirón Azángaro, in downtown Lima, early yesterday morning.

After that, the victim went to the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (MIMP) to report what had happened. Said entity urged the Public Ministry to act quickly in the case.
